Live somewhere other than the US, still want to buy one of my books, but don't have a credit card? I accept payments through the mail too, as long as it is in US Funds. For international payments, I can accept "International Money Orders" (can be bought at banks or post offices). Be sure that they are International Money Orders and are in US DOLLARS $. Shipping to Canada is about 1 week to Canada and it costs $6.00, so be sure to add $6.00 to the price of the book (or books) that you would like. Shipping to any non-USA non-Canada country costs $8.00 and will take a couple of weeks.
