This painting is another illustration for an upcoming book of short stories for which I am providing the illustrations. Another painting featuring "Poe" - a character in the book - she has a steampunk flair, living in a neo-Victorian world combining fairytale whimsy with arcane technology, with kind of a pollution/environment theme. Cool stuff! Here she is, riding on a magnificent pigeon as she flies over a desolate urban landscape with factories belching smoke into the sky. And of course, the obligatory airships! These fine art prints are made from my own original acrylic painting. Open Edition prints are on glossy photo paper and measurements include a white mounting border. The 8.5"x11" size fits a standard 8"x10" frame, and the 13"x19" size fits a standard 12"x16" frame. Canvas prints are Hand Embellished, measure 11"x14" and are limited to an edition of 25.
