Purchases

By completing your purchase through strangeling.com, you agree to pay in full through the payment method you have selected during checkout. If a payment is returned due to insufficient funds, you agree to pay a $35 return-payment fee regardless of whether or not you choose to re-submit payment your order. As orders are not shipped unless payment has been received in full, in order for you to receive your order after a payment is returned due to insufficient funds, you agree to pay the $35 return-payment fee in addition to your original order total.

Shipping

Orders generally ship within 5 business days. However, we will not ship your order until your payment has cleared. If your payment is for some reason put on hold due to banking institution restrictions (e.g. transactions over a certain amount are sometimes put on a 10 day hold), strangeling.com will notify you of your revised shipping date.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days if the product you received does not match the product on your order receipt or is in some way damaged in transit. You are responsible for shipping costs for returns, however your replacement item will be shipped at no charge. We cannot offer replacements unless the original item is returned. We also cannot offer replacements for Limited Edition Hand-Embellished Canvas Prints or Originals, as they are one-of-a-kind.

We do not offer refunds at this time.
