"The Holly and the Ivy" is the name of a Christmas carol we always sang at my grandparents' house when we were little girls (from the Cornish "Sans Day Carol"). Both ivy and holly of course are often associated with the holiday season since they are evergreen plants often used for decoration. In this case, the two have taken the form of fairy-like angels, sitting in a winter forest. Cute!! These fine art fairy prints are made from my own original acrylic painting. Open Edition prints are on glossy photo paper and measurements include a white mounting border. The 8.5"x11" size fits a standard 8"x10" frame, and the 13"x19" size fits a standard 12"x16" frame.
