"The Scarecrow" - this might be my favourite of all my Autumn/Halloween paintings so far! I've painted this crow-winged faery girl sitting in a cornfield - a slightly sinister scarecrow behind her, a desolate farmhouse in the distance. The scarecrow doesn't necessarily seem to work though - not only is thee a crow-girl right by him, there is also a lovely great crow right on his arm! I love the autumn colours of this sunset too - I can almost feel a chill in the air..... But she has a black kitty cat on her lap at least to keep her warm! These fine art prints are made from my own original acrylic painting. Open Edition prints are on glossy photo paper and measurements include a white mounting border. The 11"x8.5" size fits a standard 8"x10" frame, and the 19"x13" size fits a standard 12"x16" frame. Canvas prints are Hand Embellished, measure 14"x11" and are limited to an edition of 25.
